GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
You’ve probably heard about the changes in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect on the 25 May 2018, replacing and overriding the old Data Protection Directive (DPD). All organisations worldwide that store and process personal data about EU citizens will be required to comply with GDPR.
In complying with GDPR, in order for MASS to store personal data of its members (name, home address, e-mail address or phone number) and maintain all appropriate security measures, we need your permission to stay in touch so that we can keep sending you relevant information, updates and other news related to the financial markets. No personal data of MASS members will be shared with any other entities without MASS members consent.
If you do not wish to receive emails or Newsletters from MASS, please send an email or letter to the addresses below, or inform any Committee member in person at the AGM / Public Conference.
