The Malta Association of Minority Shareholders & Retail Investors (MASS) is a voluntary organization that relies financially on the membership fees and sponsorship of its like-minded members and the donations of its generous benefactors.
All membership fees and sponsorship activities are reinvested in the various EVENTS and that MASS Committee organizes free of charge for the MASS members throughout the year, the publication of the MASS Newsletters and other initiatives organized to further and encourage the promotion of MASS in Malta and EU. These include public conferences, guided tours, educational and social events, as well as informal networking sessions with welcome refreshments.
All members of the MASS are also encouraged to take an active role in the fight for their rights and to raise awareness for election to the Executive Committee or by joining one of the Subcommittees. Suggestions and contributions can help us enhanced our services and Association.
All paid members of the MASS are entitled to:

Attendance and voting rights in the MASS’ Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings

Application for election or co-option to the MASS Executive Committee or Subcommittees

A complimentary copy of the MASS Newsletter published during each year for which they are fully paid members

Notifications of all MASS events directly via email
